RESOLUTION NO. 90 -134 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extent -.ion in the 1990
Mise -General .oy -.D nt.#125 budget Of Current Expense Fund #001

WHEREAS, it ha.s been brought to the attention of the Board
of Grant; County Cornmissione.rrs that unanticipated state and/or
federal funds have been made available for the 1990 budget
Of Misc.Gen.Govt.Dept.#125,Current Expense Fund #001
in the total amount: of $ S500 ; and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.10.100 authorizes supplemental_ appropriations
from unanticipated state and/or federLcl funds after publication of
notice of the time and d,,:c.t(.-r of 111t:., meeting a.t which the supplemental
a.pp.ropviat:i.orâ–º resol.uti.otf Wi..l.l. L)U adapt;ed, and Lhe account of: the
appropriation, once each week, for two consecutive weeks prior to
such meeting in the o:ffi.cialnewspape:r of the county: and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal_ notice was made
in the G.C.Journal newspaper of Grant County on
11/R&11115190 and said public-, meeting was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County Courthouse,
Ephrata, Washington;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OG' WASHINGTON, that the
1990 'budget of Misc.Gen.Govt.Dept.#125,Current
Expense Fund ;001 is hereby supplemented and extended.
in the total. sum of $ 5500 from unanticipated
