GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -124 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the :facts .requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds :for the following department/fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND 4;` 001, DEPT. 116 AND 142 ,
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WfiI;REAS, it has been brought; to the attention of the Board.
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of :funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of $ $25,782 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such :funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
a.t: the time of making said country budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED
BY THE BOARD
OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE
OF WASHINGTON,
that the afore-
mentioned facts
consti't:ute an emergency
and that
an appropriation
and expenditure
of funds should be
authorized for
the following
depar. tment /fund :
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
4;`001, DEPT. #116
and 142 ,
i;ogether with a
budget; therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a. public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
November 27,1990 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
11:30 a.m.
