GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -123 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
EMERGENCY SERVICES FUND # 102, DEPT. #144
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissionel•s of Grant County that an appropr=iation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in.
t:he estimated amount of $ 6,264 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE I30ARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following
department/fund. EMERGENCY SERVICES FUND #102,DEPT. #144 ,
together with a budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall_ be given, said hearing to be held on
November 27.1990 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
11:30 a.m.
