GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -120 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to a supplemental extention in the 1990
budget; of Auditor's 0 & M Fund #124.166
from unanticipated state and/or
federal funds.
WHEREAS, it-, has been brought to the attention of the Board
of Grant County Commissioners that unanticipated state and/or
federal :funds have been made available for the log() budget
of Awli tnr's 0 & M Fund #124,166
:in the total_ amount of $ 17,750 and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.100 authorizes supplemental appropriations
from unanticipated state and/or federal funds after publication of
notice of the time and date of the meeting at which the supplemental
appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the
appropriation, once each week, for -two consecutive weeks prior to
such meeting in the official newspaper of' the county: and
WHEREAS, publication of the requisite legal noticc- was made
in the G.C.Journal newspaper of Grant County on
10/18&10/25/90 and said public meeting was held in the
Grant County Commissioners' Office, Grant County CourtLouse,
Ephrata, Washington;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the
1990 budget of Auditors 0 & M Fund #124.166
is hereby supplemented G.nd extended
in the total sum of $ 17,750 from unanticipated
state and/or federal funds in the following categories and items:
DONE THIS 30th DAY OF October , 19 90.
