GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -119 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of :funds for the following department/fund:
COUNTY FAIR FUND #116,DEPT.#158
together with a budget there_for; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Comnl:i_ssioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of :funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of $ 44,800 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent co,idi-i-.ions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonabl.j foreseen
at: the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that: the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an app:r•opriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following

together with a budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be hell on
November 13,1990 in the Grant County Commissione::•s' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata., Washington, at -the hour of
1:30 p.m.
