GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -118 -CC
A RESOLLITION relating to the 'facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND 46001, OPERATING TRANSFERS OUT DEPT. 4142
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of Coul,ty Commi.ssi.oners of Grant County that an appropr:iati.on
and expenditure of funds should be authorized :for the above-
mentioned department/:fund, together with a budget there -'or, in
the estimated amount of $ $44,804 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and th,,.t the
expenditure of such :funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
atthe time of malting said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 130ARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that tY:e afore-
mentioned facts const:i.tut:e an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following
department/fund: CURRENT EXP. FUND 46001,OPERATING TRANSFERS OUT DEPT.46142,
together with a budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public: hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held. on
November 13,1990 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1.30 p.m.
