IN THE MATTER OF VACATING
A PORTION OF DESERT AIRE
DIVISION "B" ORCHARD
TRACTS
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -122 -CC
RESOLUTION ADOPTING
PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on October 3, 1990 on the
matter of vacating Lots 57 and 58 of Desert, Aire, Division "B"
Orchard Tracts, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation has given notice this matter would be
considered at their regular meeting on October 30
1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and
adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission
and does by this Resolution vacate Lots 57 & 58, of Desert
Aire Orchard Tracts, Division "B" located in a portion of
Sections 25 and 26, Township 14 N., Range 23 E.W.M.
