GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -115 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/:fund:
ALCOHOL/DRUG ABUSE FUND 4115, DEPARTMENT #157
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.110.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of :funds should be authorized :for the above-
mentioned department/:fund, together with a. budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of $ 8,200 and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent: conditions
now require -ghat such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that: the
exp(�nd:i.ture of such :funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at: the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure o:i' funds should be authorized for the _following
department/fund: ALCOHOL/DRUG ABUSE FUND #115.DEPARTMENT 44157 ,
together with a. budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall. be given, said hearing to be held on
November 13,1990 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant: County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1:30 D.m.
