noi::i.ce Of publ.ieIrea.r:=ing, and said public; hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to ,Ippear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, 131; IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that i•.l.n appropriation
