IN THE MATTER OF VACATING
CERTAIN COUNTY ROADS
RESOLUTION NO.
ORDER VACATING 90 -111 -CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County, Washington, were petitioned to vacate certain road rights-
of-way, better described as follow:
That portion of Sections 23 and 26, Township 17 North,
Range 25 East, W.M. more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 23,
Township 17 North, Range 25 East, W.M.; thence North
89037100" West a distance of 40.00 ft. to a point on
the Westerly right of way line of a County Road known
as 'G' SW this point also being the True Point of
Beginning; thence North 00013100" East a distance Of
20.00 ft.; thence North 89'37100" West a distance of
1,290.83 ft.; thence South 00,25100" West a distance
40.00 ft.; thence South 89'3710011 East a distance of
1,290.92 ft.; thence North 00'2210011 East a distance
20.00 ft. returning to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing 1.185 acres more or less.

WHEREAS, legal notice was published in the legal paper
and was posted on each end of the property to be vacated or as near
as possible and;
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer did give his report in
favor of this vacation, and; ,
WHEREAS, the road rights-of-way to be vacated is of no
benefit to the County or to the people of Grant County;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the vacations as presented
be granted and removed from the County Road System; Provided, Grant
County reserves an easement for construction, repair, and
maintenance of any public utilities and services which are
physically located on the land being vacated.
