WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of Grant Countv Commissioners, '_.hat unanti.c_;.pated state and/or
federal fonds have been made aQ a:i.lable for 'Che 1990 budget
of Juvenile Dept.44117,Current Expense Fund 44001
in the total amount of S 6.459 and
WHEREAS, RCW 36.40.100 authorizes supplemental appropriations
from unanticipated ::Mate and/or federal funds after publica t::i.on of
notice of the time and date of the meet-.ing at which the supplemental
appropriation resolution will be adopted, and the amount of the
appropriation, once each week, for two consecutive weeks prior to
such meeting in the official newspaper of the county: and
WHEREAS, pub.l.il'.ation of the reclui.sit:e legal notice was made
in the G.C.Journal newspaper of Grant County on
9J21 and. -IQ/

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 13Y TIE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the
1990 __budget Of Juvenile Departme t 4{117. C_u=.ent
Expense Fund 44001 is hereby supplementecl and extended
in the total sum of $ 6,459 from unanticipated
state and/or federal funds in the following categories and :items:
