IN THE MATTER OF AN
EQUIPMENT AUCTION SALE
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -104 -CC
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board of County
Commissioners to dispose of County owned equipment declared
surplus, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the publics interest
that the board sell by public auction to the highest bidder at
the Grant County Public Utility District's Public Auction on
October 27, 1990 at 10:00 A.M., the following described
