RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 23- L -CC
CREATION OF A NEW FUND TITLED
"ERP SYSTEM" #123.001.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new fund #123.001 titled "ERP System" should be created; and
WHEREAS, the creation of said fund and transfer of monies into this fund may be
accomplished without a public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws; and
WHEREAS, this newly created fund is to be used only for financial software related
expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
this fund is hereby created and established as listed above and the Grant County Auditor and the
Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to establish this fund in their respective offices. The
Grant County Treasurer is directed to invest all funds relating to this newly established fund for
the benefit of the fund.
