RESOLUTION NO. 90 -95 -CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County'Commissioners of Grant
County, Washington, has determined that consideration should be
given to vacating certain portions of unused County Roads
described as follows:
That portion of Sections 23 and 26, Township
17 North, Range 25 East, W.M. more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section
23, Township 17 North, Range 25 East, W:M.;
thence North 89'37100" West a distance of
40.00 ft. to a point on the Westerly right of
way line of a County Road known as 'G' SW
this point also being the Tirue Point of
Beginning; thence North 000i3100" East a
distance of 20.00 ft.; thence North 89037100"
West a distance of 1,290.83 ft.; thence South
00 25'00" West a distance of 40.00 ft.;
thence South 89037100" East a distance of
1,290.92 ft,; thence North 00'2210011 East a
distance of 20.00 ft. returning to the True
Point of Beginning.
Containing 1.185 acres more or less.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
held in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Grant
County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington on October 16, 1990 at
11:00 A.M.
