SALE
RESOLUTION NO. 91 -67 -CC
ORDER DECLARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, on May 21, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners
conducted a hearing on its intention to dispose of County owned
equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, Exhibit 'A', attached hereto, is a listing of
equipment and/or merchandise that will be offered for sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that no one objected to the
proposed list of equipment and that the order be granted declaring
the attached list of equipment surplus.
DONE THIS 22nd DAY OF May 1921.
