GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO 90 -2 -CC
WHEREAS, Lisa Cordova, R.N. qualifies as a Designated Mental
Health Professional as defined by WAC 275-55-020 (6) (a),
and RCW 71.05.010 (6) and is employed by Grant County Mental
Health and Family Service Center;
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of the Grant County Commissioners
that Lisa Cordova, R.N. be designated to provide the services
of a Mental Health Professional as defined in RCW Chapter
71.05, effective this 4th day of January, 1990.
