IN THE MATTER OF VACA- RESOLUTION NO. 90 -6 -CC
TING A PORTION OF THE
PLAT ENTITLED, DESERT RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
AIRE, DIVISION "A" COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that. a public hearing was conducted on January 3, 1990 on the matter
of vacation of certain lots and roads within the plat entitled
Desert Aire, Division "A", with the exception of Desert. Aire Drive,
and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this mat.ter would be considered at.
their regular meeting on January 23,1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that. the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and adopt the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and does,
by this Resolution vacate the lots and those roads known as
Wanapum Way, Ginkgo Place, Haslo Pack and Ahn Place within the
recorded plat of Desert. Aire, Division A, located in portions
of Sections 23, 25, and 26, Township 14 N., Range 23 E.W.M. as
requested by the Desert. Aire Orchard Owners Association for
the purpose of selling the entire plat to one owner for
agricultural purposes.
