IN THE MATTER OF VACA- RESOLUTION NO. 90 -7 -CC
TING A PORTION OF THE
PLAT ENTITLED NEW TOWN RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
OF TRINIDAD, GRANT COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
COUNTY, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
thata public hearing was conducted on January 3, 1990 on the matter
of vacation of certain lots and roads within the plat entitled
New Town of Trinidad and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered at
their regular meeting on January 23,1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and adopt the
recommendation of the Grant. County Planning Commission and does,
by this Resolution vacate the lots, roads and alleyways surrounding
and running through the following property in order to use the land
for agricultural purposes:
Block 13 D, Lots 1 through 32 inclusive;
Block 14 D, Lots 1 through 32 inclusive;
Block 15 D, Lots 6 through 13 inclusive;
Block 16 D, Lots 1 through 31 inclusive;
Block 17 D, Lots 1 through 32 inclusive;
Block 23 D, Lots 1 through 23 inclusive;
Block 22 D, Lots 1 through 32 inclusive;
Block 24 D, Lots 1 through 9 inclusive;
Block 25 D, Lots 1 through 32 inclusive;
Block 30 D, Lots 1 through 28 inclusive;
Block 31 D, Lots 1 through 4 inclusive;
