RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -20 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the :following department/fund: C IRRENT EXpENSE F IND #001, CAPITAL
L
_EXPENDITURES DEPT.#141 ,together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized for -the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a.
buds oL therefor; and
WI[EREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.1.40, Resolution No. 90 -13 -CC
was cW 1y adopted on 2/20/90 , and published in the
G.C.Journal on 3 5& /12/90 declaring an
