IN THE MATTER OF
CHANGING THE ZONING RESOLUTION NO. 90 -17 -CC
FROM "AGRICULTURE" TO
"S-1 (SUBURBAN)" A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
PORTION OF SECTOPM 34, COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
TOWNSHIP 19 N., RANGE
28 E.W.M. Bob Holloway
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on February 7, 1990 on the
matter of changing the zoning from "A (Agriculture)" to 11S-1
(Suburban)" in a portion of Section 34, Township 19 N., Range
28 E.W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered
at their regular meeting on March 12 , 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does hereby accept and
adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission
and does, by this Resolution, amend the Grant. County Comprehensive
Plan and the Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effectthat
the following described property shall henceforth be zoned as
"S-1 (Suburban)":
A portion of the Northwest quarter, of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 34, Township 19 N., Range
28 E.W.M. Said area containing 40 acres.
