NOTICE OF HEARING ON VACATION
OF CERTAIN COUNTY ROADS
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -19 -CC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Washiroton,
has determined that consideration should be given to vacating certain portions
of unused County road rights of way described as follows:
SEE ATTACHMENT 'A'
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the Office
of the Board of County Commissioners, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington
at 10:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 10, 1990.'

That portion of Section 6, Township 18 North, Range 24 East, W.M.,
Grant County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the center of said Section 6; thence along the
West line of Farm Unit 32, Irrigation Block 77, South
00002100" East, 487.40 feet to the Southwest corner of said
Farm Unit and the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing
South 00002100" East, 287.68 feet to the Northeast corner of
Farm Unit 106, Irrigation Block 77; thence along the Corporate
City limits of the Town of George, Washington, North 44000100"
East, 2160.44 feet to the turnback line described as GM422, as
per turnback agreement between the Washington State Department
-- } of- Transportation and Grant County; thence along said turnback
-'line North'46'34'10" West, 199.97 feet to the North right of
way line of the South Frontage Road; thence along the North
right of way line, South 4400010011 West, 1951.63 feet to the
True Point of Beginning.

South Frontage Road and the True Point of Beginning; thence

turnback line mentioned above.

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 6; thence
along the East line of said Section 6, South 00'12100" West,
657.90 feet to the East line of Farm Unit 32, Irrigation Block
77, said point also being on the centerline of the U.S.B.R.
West canal; thence continuing South 00012100" West, 53.9 feet
to the Southeast corner of said Farm Unit 32; thence along the
South line of said Farm Unit 32, said line also being the
North right of way line of South Frontage Road, South
44000100" West to an intersection with the South right of way
line of said U.S.B.R. West canal and the True Point of
Beginning; thence following said right of way of the West
canal on a curve to the left having a radius of 627.50 feet,
and a delta of 26032114" to the P.C. of said curve; thence

said West canal to an intersection with the Corporate City
