IN THE MATTER OF CHANG-
ING THE ZONING FROM RESOLUTION NO. 90 -22 -CC
"A (AGRICULTURE)" TO
"S-2 (SUBURBAN)" IN RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
A PORTION OF SECTION 35 COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
TOWNSHIP 20 N., RANGE
28 E.W.M. Robert C. Bernett
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant. County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted March 7, 1990 on the matt.er
of changing the zoning from "A (Agriculture)" to "S-2 (Suburban)"
in a portion of Sect.ion 35, Township 20 N., Range 28 E.W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation has given notice this matter would be
considered at. their regular meeting on March 26 , 1990
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant Count.y does hereby accept and
adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission,
and does, by this Resolution, amend the Grant. County Compre-
hensive Plan and the Official Zoning Map for Grant. Count.y to
the effect that the following described property shall henceforth
be zoned as "S-2 (Suburban)":
Farm Unit 151, Block 40, Columbia Basin Irrigation
Projectlocated in a portion of Section 35, Township
20 N., Range 28 E.W.M. lying east of Crab Creek
