GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -24 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the establishment of a petty cash/
revolving fund (account) for the following county department:
DISTRICT COURT DEPT. #001-102 to be called: DISTRICT COURT
JURY COST RFV0T.VTNa FUNi)
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners that a petty cash/revolving fund (account)
should be established as set forth hereinbelow; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund is in accordance
with state and county laws and does not require a public budget
hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS, as follows:
1. That a petty cash/revolving fund (account) to be known
as DISTRICT COURT JURY COST RE is hereby established
in the amount o -0_ for the ollowing county depart-
ment: DISTRICT COURT DEPT. #001-102
2. That the head of said county department shall be custodian
of said fund, shall record all transactions according to proper
accounting procedures, and shall use it only for the purpose of:
PAYING JURY FEEs TRAVFT
3. That if a checking account is used, all checks drawn
from said account shall be signed by: DISTRICT COURT PRESIDING JUDGE t
(and) (or) DISTRICT COURT CLERK
4. That all expenditures from said fund are to be supported
with appropriate receipts and reimbursement of said fund shall
be by claim voucher and warrant.
