WHEREAS MICHAEL FOSS, M. Ed, is no longer an employee of
Grant County Mental Health and Family Services;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Grant County
Commissioners that the above named employee is no longer
designated to provide the services of a Designated Mental
Health Professional in RCW Chapter 71.05, effective this
11th day of May, 1990.
