RESOLUTION NO. 90 -38 -CC
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on May 2, 1990 on the matter
of changing the zone from "A (Agriculture)" to "S-2 (Suburban)"
in a portion of Section 26, Township 20 N., Range 27 E.W.M.,
and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be
considered at their regular meeting on May 22,1990
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does hereby
accept and adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning
Commission and does, by this Resolution amend the Grant. County
Comprehnsive Plan and the Official Zoning Map for Grant County
to the effect that the following described property shall
henceforth be zoned as "S-2 (Suburban)"
