GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF
ESTABLISHING A CERTAIN RESOLUTION NO. 90 -30 -CC
COUNTY ROAD NAMED
TYNDALL ROAD ORDER ESTABLISHING GRANT COUNTY ROADS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County, Washington, at a meeting held on June 6, 1989 did approve
a resolution declaring the Board's intention to establish as a
Grant County Road, and
WHEREAS, the County Road Engineer did give his
report and did recommend the establishment of the road, and
WHEREAS, said notice of intent was both published
and posted in accordance with the law; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held in accordance
with said resolution Tuesday, May 1, 1990 at 10:00 A.M. , and at
which time no one appeared in opposition to this establishment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following
described road be declared established:
That portion of Section 27, Township 20 North,
Range 28 East, W.M., more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 7981.25 feet North and
1614.734 feet East of the Southeast corner of
Section 33, Township 20 North, Range 28 East,
W.M., said point being on the Westerly right-
of-way line of a county road known as Randolf
Road, this point being the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence North 72041135" West a
distance of 1297.26 feet; thence North
17 15'55" East a distance of 30.00 feet;
thence South 72`41135" East a distance of
1297.27 feet; thence South 17'17'10" West a
distance of 30.00 feet returning to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING. (Containing 0.893 acres
more or less.)
