BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
PERMIT FOR INGRESS AND
EGRESS ON COUNTY ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -42 -CC
WHEREAS, the Witco Corporation has need for the privilege
to use a thirty (30) foot road right-of-way, lying along the East
side of Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 23 E.W.M. , for the
purpose of ingress to and egress from its property and;
WHEREAS, this privilege is revocable at will by Grant
County, with or without cause and;
WHEREAS, Grant County's interest in the above described
property was conveyed by easements recorded in Book 132 pages 583
to 585 records of Grant County and;
WHEREAS, this permit is subject to Witco Corporation
holding a lease or ownership of lands adjacent to or immediately
South of the road right-of-way,
WHEREAS, in consideration of this permit, the Witco
Corporation agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Grant County from
any and all loss or damage of any kinds, including costs and
attorney's fees, incident to or resulting from any claims made
against Grant County by any party as a result of, or incident of,
or incident to, using the above described property,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners of Grant County hereby grants Witco Corporation the
privilege to ingress and egress across the above described road
right-of-way subject to the above stated provisions.
