DECLARING
SURPLUS
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -45 -CC
NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, on June 26, 1990, the Board of County
Commissioners will conduct a hearing on its intention to dispose of
County owned equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the board to sell to the
highest bidder for cash the following described equipment:
A 1947 Screening Plant located at Ancient Lake
Pit Site #48.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing
be held in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 10:30
A.M. and anyone either for or against this proposed auction sale may
appear and be heard.
