IN THE MATTER OF
DECLARING COUNTY EQUIP- RESOLUTION NO. 90 -55 -CC
MENT SURPLUS
ORDER DECLARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, on June 26, 1990, the Board of County
Commissioners conducted a hearing on its intention to dispose of
County owned equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, the following described equipment will be
offered for sale.
A 1947 Screening Plant located at Ancient
Lake Pit #48
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that no one objected to
the proposed list of equipment and that the order be granted
declaring the above described equipment surplus.
