RESOLUTION NUMBER
90 -54 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
ALCOHOL/DRUG ABUSE FUND 4115, DEPARTMENT #157
Logether with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
t h(� esl imated amount of $ 7,050 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
currant budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
;it the time of making said county budget;
2OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
,incl c,xpenditure of funds should be authorized for -the following
department/fund: ALCOHOL R1, ABUS�EUND 4115, DEPARTMENT 44157

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such e,,penditu.re shall be given, said hearing to be held on
_ _ Jay 17,1990 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1.30_g. m.
