COUNTY EQUIPMENT SURPLUS
WHEREAS, on July 24,1990
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-58 -CC
NOTICE OF HEARING
the Board of County Commis-
sioners will conduct a hearing on its intention to dispose of County owned
equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Board to sell to the highest
bidder for cash the following described equipment:
An IBM Model 8809 Tape Drive, Feature 47960
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held
in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County at
the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata,Washington at 1:30 and anyone either
for or against this proposed auction sale may appear and be heard.
