PLATS ENTITLED RESURVEY RESOLUTION NO. 90 -59 -CC
OF AND ADDITION TO
TRINIDAD, AND THE PLAT RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
OF TRINIDAD COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, THE Board of County CommissionersofGrant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on February 7, 1990, on the
mattes- of vacating certain roads and alleyways within the plats
entitled "Resurvey and Addition to Trinidad", and "Trinidad";
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered
at their regular meeting on March 12, 1990.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant,County does hereby accept and adopt the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and does,
by this Resolution vacated those streets and alleys located in
the Plat of Trinidad and Trinidad Resurvey further described as:
Short Street adjacent to Blocks 15, 16, and 17 less
Highway in Trinidad Resurvey and adjacent to Block 1, Plat of
Trinidad.
First Street adjacent to Blocks 2, 13, 17 and 18 less
Highway and existing County Road in Trinidad Resurvey and adjacent
to Block 1, Plat of Trinidad.
All of Crescent Drive North of the North line of Second
Street; and Pike Streetjand Crescent Drive from Columbia Avenue
to the West boundary of!Walnut Avenue, all located in Trinidad
Resurvey.

All of Grand Avenue and Walnut Avenue North of the existing
county road less State Highway in Plat of Trinidad and Trinidad Resurvey.

All Broadway,Avenue North of County Road and South of South

East one-half' of Columbia Avenue less Highway and existing
County Road in Trinidad Resurvey.
Second, Third, and Fourth Streets West of existing County
Road in Trinidad Resurvey.
Fifth Street West of the West line of Broadway Avenue in
Trinidad Resurvey.
All alleys in Blocks 2, 6, 9, 12, 13, 18, 24, and 25 in
Trinidad Resurvey.
