The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget extension in the amount
Of $11154,338.00 to Grants Administration Fund #190.001 from the Washington State Department of
Commerce grant.
Janice Flynn, Administrative Services Coordinator discussed her request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Stone to approve the budget extension as presented. Commissioner Jones seconded and
the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
