GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -61 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: ALCOHOL/DRUG ABUSE FUND 4115,
DEPARTMENT 44157 , together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to 'the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a
budget therefor; and
W111 -RHEAS, pursuarTt to RCW 36.1.0.140, Resolution No. 90 -54 -CC
was duly adopted on 6125/90 _ ,and published in the
G.C.Journal on 7/5&7/12/90 declaring an
cme,r-c�ncy and stating the facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a
notico of public hea.r•ing, and said public. hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that an appropriation
and expenditur-e o[• funds is hereby autho.r-i.zed for the f.ol.lowing
