RESOLUTION: TO RESCIND 23 -100 -CC RESOLUTION No. 23 - r 0-1 -cc
IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING CERTAIN
COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY SURPLUS,
ORDERING THE. SALE THEREOF, SETTING
ASSESSED VALUE AS MINIMUM, AND
SETTING A NEW HEARING DATE.
WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners desires to conduct a public hearing on its intention
to declare certain County -owned land property surplus and order the sale thereof through the County
Treasure. The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to declare Grant County Property as
surplus under RCWs 39.33.010 and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that consideration should be given to
declare surplus and has directed the Public Works Director and County Engineer to report as such,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the Hearing Room of the Board
of County Commissioners at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 3:15 P.M. on October
177 2023, and anyone either for or against these proposed actions may appear and be heard.
