RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING NEW
FEES FOR BOARDING PRISONERS
IN THE GRANT COUNTY JAIL, RE- RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-62 -CC
PEALING RESOLUTION #81 -60 -CC
WHEREAS, from cost figures supplied by the Sheriff of Grant County, it
appears that it costs Grant County to board prisoners for other municipalities
the sum of $40.00 per day for the first and subsequent days, now, therefore,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that in accordance with the request of the Grant
County Sheriff, the resolution dated June 8,1981 is hereby repealed 8/.1/90 and
beginning August 1,1990 the cost to board prisoners in the Grant County Jail
will be $40.00 per day, beginning the first day and any subsequent days
thereafter.
