IN THE MATTER OF DECLARING
COUNTY EQUIPMENT SURPLUS RESOLUTION NUMBER 90— 63—CC
ORDER DECLARING SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, on July 24,1990, . the Board of County
Commissioners conducted a hearing on its intention to dispose of
County owned equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, the following described equipment will be offered
for sale:
An IBM Model 8809 Tape Drive, Feature 47960
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that no one objected to the
proposed list of equipment and that the order be granted declaring the
above described equipment surplus.
