RESOLUTION NO. 90 -72 -CC
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on July 5, 1990 on the i
matter of changing the zoning from "O -SR (Open Space Recreation)"
in the S.E. 1/4 OF Section 11, Township 17 N., Range 23 E.W.M.,
and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given notice this matter would be
heard at their regular meeting on July 31, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant. County, does hereby accept and adopt the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and does,
by this Resolution, amend the Grant County Comprehensive Plan and
the Official Zoning Maplfor Grant. County to the effect that the
following described property shall henceforth be zoned as "A
(Agriculture)"

The S.E. 1/4 of Section 11, Township 17 N., Range 23
E.W.M., said area containing 160 acres.
