IN THE MATTER OF
APPROVING A PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT IN
A "C-R", "R-21', AND
"S-2" ZONING DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -71 -CC
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant.
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on July 5, 1990 on the matter
of approving a Planned unit Development and zone change from
"A (Agriculture)" to "C-R (Recreation Commercial)", "R-2
(Residential)" and "S-2 (Suburban)" in a portion of Section
27, Township 21 N., Range 24 E.W.M., and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation for accepting Phase I of the Planned Unit
Development for 35 acres and the zone change from "A (Agriculture)"
to "R-2", "S-2", and "C-R" for 560 acres has given notice this
matter would be considered at their regular meeting on July 31,
1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and
adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission
and does, by this Resolution accept the Planned Unit Development
concept and zone changes as stated above on the following
described property.
That portion of Section 27, Township 21 N.,
Range 24 E.W.M. described as follows: The
West- half; the West Half of the East Half; the
Southeast one quarter of the Northeast one quarter;
and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 27, Township 21 N., Range 24 E.W.M.
Said area containing 560 acres.
