IN THE MATTER OF
CHANGING THE ZONING RESOLUTION NO. 90 -75 -CC
FROM "AGRICULTURE" TO
"S-1 (SUBURBAN)" A RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
PORTION OF SECTION 34, COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
TOWNSHIP 19 N., RANGE
28 E.W.M. Tren Jones
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on June 6 and continued to
July 5, 1990 on the matter of changing the zoning from "A
(Agriculture)" to "S-1 (Suburban)" a portion of Section 34,
Township 19 N., Range 28 E.W.M., and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having
said recommendation, has given not -ice this mater would be
considered at their regular meeting on August 6 , 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does hereby
accept and adopt the recommendation of the Grant County
Planning Commission, and does, by this Resolution, amend the
Grant. County Comprehensive Plan and the Official Zoning Map for
Grant. County to the effect that the following described property
shall henceforth be zoned as "S-1 (Suburban)":
A portion of the East one half of the Southeast
quarter of said Section 34, Township 19 N., Range
28 E.W.M. Said area containing 68 acres more or less.
