GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBED 89 -33 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to 'the _facts requi.r:i.ng an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND ;001, OPERATING TRANSFERS -OUT, DEPT.#142 ,
together with a budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a publ.i.c hearing g' date; a:ll pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of :funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount Of $ 3,953 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in -the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it; appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned 1'acts constitute an emergency and that: an appropriation
and czNpenditure of J.unds sYtould be authorized :for the following
department/fund: CURRENT EXPENSE FUND #001,OPR.TRANS'ERS-OUT,DEPT. #142
together with a budget therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
May 2,1989 —in the Grant: County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1:30 P.M.
