GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 89 -32 -CC
A RESOLUTION relat::i.ng to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
_LAW LIBRARY FUND #110, DEPT. #152
together with a budgel; therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public; hearing date; all pursuant to RCPT 3G .X10. 1.40.
WI-IER.EAS, it has been brought. to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant; County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of $ 116 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, errlergent conditions
now require that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure Of Such funds could not: have been reasonably :foreseen
at the time of malting said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONIRS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
ment;i.oned facts constitute an emergency and that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following
department/fund: LAW LIBRARY FUND #110, DEPT. #152 ,
together with a buclget- therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOI_,VED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
May 2.1989 In the Grant: County Commissioners' 01::f:i.ce,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
1.30 P.M.
