RESOLUTION NUMBER
89 -31 -CC
A RESOLUTION .relating to the :facts requ=iring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
COUNTY FAIR FUND #11.6. DEPT.#158
together with a budget; therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant to RCW 36.4.0.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
Of County Commissioni:z's of Grant County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount of $ 2,430 ; and
WHEREAS, expendi._t;ure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant County, however, emergent conditions
now require -that such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such :funds could not have been reasonably :foreseen
at the time of making said county budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COD1-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that the afore-
mentioned facts constitute an emergency and -ghat an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should be authorized for the following
department/fund; COUNTY FAIR FUND #116, DEPT.#158 ,
together with a budget: therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be givE�n, said hearing to be held on
r, -d May 2,1989 in the Grant County Commissioners' Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington, at the hour of
30 1:30 p.m.
