GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 89 -30 -CC
A RESOLUTION relating to the facts requiring an appropriation
and expenditure of funds for the following department/fund:
ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE FUND #119,DEYT.#1.61
together with a. budget therefor; declaring an emergency; and
setting a public hearing date; all pursuant: to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grana: County that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds should he authorized for the above-
mentioned department/fund, together with a budget therefor, in
the estimated amount: of $ 1,407 ; and
WHEREAS, expenditure of such funds was not included in the
current budget of Grant; County, however, emergent conditions
now require that: such funds be expended; and
WHEREAS, it appears that: an emergency exists and that the
expenditure of such :funds could not have been reasonably foreseen
at the time of making said county budget:;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY
THF. BOARD OF COUNTY COM-
MISSIONERS OF GRANT
COUNTY, STATE OF
WASHINGTON,
that the afore-
mentioned :facts constitute
an emergency
and that:
an appropriation
and expenditure of
:funds should be authorized
for
the following
department: /fund : ATL
TERRAIN VEHICLE FUND
#119,DEPT. #161
together with a budget
therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of a public hearing upon
such expenditure shall be given, said hearing to be held on
May 2,1989 in the Grant County Commissioners, Office,
Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata., Washington, at the hour of
1.30 p.m.
