IN THE MATTER OF OF
CHANGING THE ZONING RESOLUTION NO. 89 -37 -CC

"S-1 (SUBURBAN)" A I RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
PORTION OF SECTION 26, COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
TOWNSHIP 20 N., RANGE

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on January 4 and continued
to February 8, 1989 on the matter of changing the zoning from
"A (Agriculture)" to "S-1 (Suburban)" a portion of Section 26,
Township 20 N., Range 27 E.W.M., and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered
at their regular meeting on April 25,1989 , 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington, does hereby accept and
adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission,
and does, by this Resolution, amend the Grant County Comprehensive
Plan and the Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that
the following described property shall henceforth be zoned as
"S-1 (Suburban)":
A portion of the S.E. 1/4, N.W. 1/4, a portion
of the South one half, N.E. 1/4 and the North half
of the S.E. 1/4
