NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RE-
GARDING THE PETITION TO FORM
A HOSPITAL DISTIRCT
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90-76 -CC
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD, September 4,
1990 at 7:00 p.m. at the Center School in Grand Coulee regarding the petition
to form a five county hospital district in Grant, Douglas, Lincoln, Okanogan
and Ferry Counties.
The said petition is as follows regarding areas in Grant County:
We the attached undersigned, who constitute no less than ten(10) percent
of the registered voters from the past election, do hereby respectfully petition
the respective Board of County Commissioners for the formation of a Hospital
District within the legal definitions described below:

The petition signatures have been certified by the Grant County Auditor
to be well over the required ten percent of the votes cast in the last General
Election as per RCW 70.44.035,
NOW THEREFORE SAID PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD, September 4,1990
at 7:00 p.m. at the Center School in Grand Coulee, Washington.
