IN THE MATTER OF A COUNTY
WIDE SURPLUS EQUIPMENT RESOLUTION NO. 90 -77 -CC
AND MERCHANDISE AUCTION
SALE NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS, on September 4, 1990, the Board of County
Commissioners will conduct a hearing on its intention to dispose of
County owned equipment declared surplus, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the board to sell at
public auction to the highest bidder for cash the following
described equipment:
A 1978 Ford Pickup; VIN #F14HRBC2470
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be
held in the Office of the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 10:30
A.M. and anyone either for or against this proposed auction sale
may appear and be heard.
