GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -81 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: ATV FUND ;'119, DEPT, 4161
,together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
11'IIEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
oI' County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orized Cox' the above-mentioned department./fund, together with a,
1.)udget therefor; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 90 -69 -CC
was duly adopted on 7/31/90 , and published in the
Q&.JOURNAL on 8/9&8116/90 declaring an
eineigency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of' funds required to meet it, together with a
notice of public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY '].'HE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUN'T'Y, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that an appropriation.
and expenditure of funds is hereby authorized for the following
department/ fund: ATV FUND #119, DEPT. #161
in the total- stun of $ 5,256 according to the attached
budget.
This resolution is in the best i-nterests of good government
and shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
