GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -82 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: ALCOHOL/DRUG ABUSE FUND #115,
DEPARTMENT 4157 , together with a budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
require that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
ori,,,,ed .for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a
bud�c't there -for; and
W11ER:EAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140, Resolution No. 90 -67 -CC
was du 1 y adopted on 7/31/90 , and published in the
_G.C.Journal on 8/9&8116/90 declaring an
emergency and statin; the facts constituti_nl;• the emergency and
ihc, estimated amount of funds required to meet it, together with a
noti(,c, of public hearing, and said public: hearing was held thereon
where interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard,
NOW, THL'REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that an a.ppropria.tion
and expenditure of .funds is hereby authorized for the following
depa.r tnicnt / fund : ALCOHOL/DRUG ABUSE FUND 4115, DEPARTMENT #157
in the total sum of $_16 086 according to the attached.
budget.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government
and shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
