RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -83 -CC
A RESOLUTION authorizing an appropriation and expenditure of funds
for the following department/fund: EMERGENCY SERVICES FUND 4102,
DEPARTMENT#144 , together with a. budget there-
fore, pursuant to RCW 36.40.140.
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
of County Commissioners of Grant County that emergency conditions
f-equire that an appropriation and expenditure of funds be auth-
orix(,ci for the above-mentioned department/fund, together with a
budget therefor; and

was duly adopted on July 31,1990 ,and published in the
G.C.Journal on 8/9&8/16/90 declaring an
emer;'ency and stating the facts constituting the emergency and
the estimated amount of funds .required to meet it, together with a
notic-e of public hearing, and said public hearing was held thereon
when(, interested persons were allowed to appear and be heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that an appropriation
and expenditure of funds is hereby authorised for the following
department/fund: EMERGENCY SERVICES FUND 44102, DEPT.#144
in the total. sum of $ 10,166 according to the attached
budget.
This resolution is in the best interests of good government
and shall take offect immediately upon its passage.
